Associate Producer
RUN Studios is a creative company focused on producing e-learning content. They are seeking an Associate Producer to support the producer team in managing production needs and timelines while ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
Responsibilities
Support Producer in determining production needs and workback schedules
Schedule and track multiple or large-scale projects using Outlook calendar, and ensure delivery timelines are met
Fulfill resourcing requests for upcoming shoots, inclusive, but not limited to crewing, greenroom reservations, security requests for roaming productions
Drive efforts with securing crewing, liaising with the Human Resources team and the resources, navigate employment regulations and guidelines along the way
Maintain call sheets and invites
Maintain project details for crew reference
Track post-production phase, ensuring client feedback is submitted and unblocking any questions the editorial team may have
Collaborate with the greater team to envision strategies to refine processes; supporting training others in tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in video production
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail necessary to track multiple workstreams and project statuses
Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks
Solution, compassionate and client-focused mentality
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Available to work full time at 40 hours/week (hourly)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
Experience on set, especially in corporate productions and interviews
Knowledge of production and post-production workflows
