Office Manager
Opti Staffing Group is a respected semi-truck repair and service company, and they are seeking an Office Manager to support their service team and handle administrative operations. The role involves managing front-office operations, customer communication, and ensuring the business runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage front-office operations and customer communication
Handle invoicing, billing, AP/AR, and financial organization
Utilize QuickBooks Desktop & Online for accounting tasks
Create work orders, track service jobs, and support scheduling
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate vendors
Answer phones, greet visitors, and support daily workflow needs
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and project coordination
Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management
Qualification
Required
Experience in office management, administrative support, or bookkeeping
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop & Online
Understanding of invoicing, billing, and basic accounting functions
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Clackamas, OR
Preferred
Experience in automotive, diesel, trucking, field service, or repair industries
Background with work orders, service scheduling, or vendor management
Benefits
$24 – $28 per hour, depending on experience
