Responsibilities

Project Stewardship: Create work plans for yourself and the team. Anticipate needs based on deliverables and manage emergent deadlines with an analytical approach
Design Communication: Develop powerful presentations (Photoshop, InDesign) that effectively communicate the design to clients
Technical Documentation: Document both renovations and new builds from Concept through CA. Produce custom FF&E specifications, including detailed custom drawings
CA Management: Lead the Construction Administration phase, managing submittals and RFIs for both architectural elements and FF&E
Library and Vendor Presentation organization: Manage vendor presentations and library maintenance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited university
3–5 Years of experience (Minimum 2 Years in Hospitality)
High proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, and InDesign
Firm understanding of code and accessibility requirements
Experience with branded hotel submittal processes is a significant advantage
Ability to create work plans and manage emergent deadlines
Ability to develop powerful presentations that effectively communicate design to clients
Ability to document renovations and new builds from Concept through CA
Ability to lead the Construction Administration phase, managing submittals and RFIs
Ability to manage vendor presentations and library maintenance
Artistic training and a keen interest in fashion and style
High level of reasoning and problem-solving
Proactive initiative and ability to prepare for meetings without being asked
Ability to manage others and check work for quality control
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Deep sense of curiosity and a thirst for learning the complexities of luxury hospitality

Preferred

Proficiency in Revit, Miro, Bluebeam, and Studio Designer
