Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for data center build-outs, expansions, and operational upgrades

Ensure compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices

Coordinate staffing needs for technicians, engineers, and subcontractors

Oversee day-to-day activities of project teams, ensuring alignment with milestones and KPIs

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors

Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation management

Track project budgets, forecast resource allocation, and manage change orders

Maintain accurate documentation for project scope, schedules, and compliance audits

Support rack-and-stack operations, cabling projects, and infrastructure deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on power, cooling, and network readiness

Required

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in data center environments

Proven ability to manage resourcing and team leadership for technical projects

Hands-on understanding of data center infrastructure, including: rack-and-stack operations for servers and network gear, structured Cabling (fiber and copper) for MOR/EOR/IDF deployments, familiarity with Main Distribution Frame (MDF), Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF), and End-of-Row (EOR) configurations., & coordination of power and cooling readiness for IT hardware

Experience overseeing installation and troubleshooting of network and compute hardware

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
