Responsibilities
Stage, configure, and test servers, workstations, switches, and firewalls
Set up and configure Windows-based systems
Follow build and configuration documentation accurately
Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution during staging
Communicate daily progress to team leads and management
Support quality, safety, and process compliance
Assist with debugging sales order or configuration discrepancies
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of hands-on technical experience (or less with a technical degree/certification)
Experience working with servers, PCs, or networking equipment
Basic knowledge of Windows systems and networking concepts
Ability to read and follow technical documentation
Comfortable working onsite in a factory or lab environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Preferred
Experience with Cisco or HP networking equipment
Basic scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Prior data center, lab, or staging environment experience
