Collections & Customer Service Assistant
Metropolitan Linen Services is a family owned and operated company providing linen and uniform rental services. They are seeking a dependable Administrative, Collections & Customer Service Assistant to support their Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service teams by assisting customers with billing inquiries and following up on outstanding balances.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with billing questions, invoice requests, and payment inquiries
Follow up on past-due accounts via phone and email in a professional, customer-friendly manner
Document customer interactions and update account notes
Maintain collections trackers and support reporting
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Customer Service, Operations) to resolve account issues
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document organization
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, billing, or office administration
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email regarding billing questions and account balances
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Professional, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
