Ability to process and complete admissions
Provide pre-admissions counseling, information and tours
Review EPIC for proper documentation and orders
Facilitate PAS Screening and Level II as needed
Ability to assists Social Services team with various tasks
Ability to participate in Vulnerable Adult investigations and complete necessary documents/reports
Qualification
Required
Strong focus on organization
LPN licensure in the current state
Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
Excellent customer service
Preferred
General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, VA
Skilled nursing experience
