Inside Sales Representative, Broadband
NWS is a premier manufacturer and distributor of telecommunications infrastructure solutions, currently seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives for their Broadband Division. The role involves developing new business opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and supporting the external sales team to achieve profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Support outside sales representatives with administrative support
Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch suitable broadband solutions
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas while maintaining a pipeline of prospects
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of any customer issues
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition
Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our product portfolio
Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment
Qualification
Required
Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the broadband or telecommunications industry
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM software and understanding of pipeline management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preferred
BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred
