They are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including trial, and develop litigation strategies in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a civil litigation caseload from notice of appearance through resolution, including trial when needed

Develop litigation strategy, case themes, and practical settlement posture in partnership with firm leadership

Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other substantive filings

Drive discovery, including written discovery, depositions (parties, experts, third parties), and evidence review

Prepare clients and witnesses, and present at hearings, mediations, and trials

Negotiate and document settlements and help clients execute settlement terms

Communicate clearly with clients and maintain organized, deadline driven case management
