They are seeking a CAD Designer to work with a diverse team on projects related to permitting, construction, and mapping, providing design and drafting support for project delivery.
Environmental Engineering
Responsibilities
Producing plan, profile, cross-section, and detailed drawings for projects related to remediation, environmental construction, and civil infrastructure
Preparing and editing drawing/map products including contouring, digitizing, editing, and data management
Merging data sets (including surfaces and surveys) in AutoCAD from multiple sources
Working with topographic surveys in support of projects
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Diploma in Civil Engineering Design, Drafting Technology, or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to complete design drafting work with minimal supervision
Experience working with civil infrastructure, landfill or environmental projects
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, regulations, drawings, and job specifications
Superior technical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments simultaneously
Self-motivated, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have a professional, collaborative approach, and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team providing outstanding client-focused service
