Responsibilities
Design visually compelling experiences across digital platforms—websites, apps, campaigns, and presentations
Lead projects from concept to delivery, defining creative direction and ensuring high-quality execution
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to create cohesive, high-impact designs
Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency and scalability
Transform complex information into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with healthcare professionals
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in digital design with a strong, modern portfolio
Client is seeking 'movement' in showcased work
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with or building design systems
Strong aesthetic and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex ideas accessible
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
Must be available during EST/CST business hours
Preferred
Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus
Motion design skills are a plus
