Responsibilities

Drive the consolidation of financial data from multiple international entities into accurate monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Prepare detailed supporting schedules for financial statements - cash flow, equity roll forward, and footnotes ensuring compliance and clarity
Manage core accounting activities for corporate books, including cash, payroll, AP, intercompany transactions, debt, equity, and stock-based compensation
Perform intercompany reconciliations across global entities, investigate variances, and implement timely adjustments
Design and optimize reporting templates using Jet Reporting and advanced Excel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather critical information for timely and accurate consolidation
Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, delivering high quality trial balances and general ledger details while streamlining audit processes
Support internal control initiatives and assist with system implementations for new finance and accounting platforms
Partner with tax and audit teams on specialized projects and contribute to ad hoc assignments that drive organizational success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 10 years of experience in consolidation and intercompany reconciliation, ideally within a leading CPA firm with a mix of public accounting and publicly traded company experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP principles
Hands-on experience preparing disclosures for public companies
Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with familiarity in systems such as Microsoft D365
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while working independently and collaboratively
