Renewal by Andersen is a leading window manufacturer, seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee installation crews and ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The role involves adjusting schedules, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while leading employees to perform at their best.

Construction

Responsibilities

Supervise the installation crews to assess the quality of installation and customer satisfaction
Adjust the installation schedule based on customer, changes, weather, and any other contributing factors
Complete jobs in the system to ensure installation crews are compensated for completed work in a timely manner
Troubleshoot jobs by manually fixing issues on-site and assisting with customer needs
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards
Lead your employees to outstanding performance through consistent coaching and feedback

Qualification

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and vehicle capable of transporting materials
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Residential Construction and Project Management
Customer service experience with job troubleshooting as a key component
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport
Creating a sense of urgency with field crews
Excel at delivering for customers
Ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly and competently handle one-off situations
Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat
