They are seeking an M&A & Strategic Partnerships Manager to support corporate growth initiatives across the U.S., focusing on strategic partnerships, M&A support, government engagement, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop partnerships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technology firms, and energy companies
Support joint ventures, alliances, and investment initiatives in coordination with corporate M&A and Legal teams
Build and manage a U.S. partnership pipeline aligned with corporate strategy
Engage with federal and state agencies on policy, incentives, and regulatory matters
Support FDI, site establishment, and compliance with U.S. regulatory frameworks
Monitor market, policy, and industry trends impacting powertrain and mobility investments

Required

8–12 years' experience in strategic partnerships, M&A support, public affairs, or business development
Strong experience engaging with government entities and senior industry stakeholders
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Public Policy, or related field
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
English fluency required

Preferred

Background in automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or energy-related sectors preferred
Spanish or Mandarin a plus
