Clinical Operations Associate
Benecard Services, LLC is a full service, in-house prescription benefit administrator that has been operating since 1990. The Clinical Operations Associate is responsible for managing operational tasks related to clinical requests for Commercial members, including reviewing requests, performing outreach, and documenting information.

Responsibilities
Review clinical requests from pharmacies, prescribers, members, or other entities to determine the appropriate required action
Perform outreach to pharmacies, members, or prescribers telephonically for purposes of gathering or providing information
Accept incoming calls from prescribers to gather and document information
Review information from other departments and take appropriate actions
Enter overrides and generate notice of decision letters
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or managed care industry required
Must have high school diploma
Must possess exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Must be dependable, outgoing, and personable
Must exhibit aptitude in PC based software which facilitate written communication via mail or electronically (Excel & Word) as well as be able to adapt to new applications as required
Preferred
Pharmacy technician experience preferred
Customer service/phone experience preferred
