Manager, Marketing Creative Operations

The Manager of Marketing Creative Operations will oversee timelines, prioritize tasks, and bring structure to creative projects, ensuring that the creative teams can focus on delivering high-quality work without unnecessary urgency.

Responsibilities

Own the master creative calendar across all brands and channels
Bring structure to intake, prioritization, and planning
Hold timelines and milestones so teams can focus on the work
Reduce last minute fire drills and unnecessary urgency
Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Growth teams
Create clarity when everything feels urgent
Build the Creative Operations foundation: design and implement scalable workflows, tools, and operating rhythms that increase speed, visibility, and quality across the Creative & Brand Studio
Align creative work to business priorities: lead intake, briefing, and prioritization processes to ensure all creative initiatives are strategically sound, resourced appropriately, and delivered on time
Enable cross-functional execution: manage end-to-end campaign operations (briefing → asset creation → review → delivery) while ensuring alignment between Creative, Marketing, Product, and Regional teams
Optimize systems and insight: own configuration and adoption of tools (Asana, Airtable, Frame.io, etc.), define Creative Ops KPIs, and surface data that informs decision-making
Protect creative focus and culture: streamline process to remove friction, champion collaboration, and reinforce accountability without sacrificing creative excellence

Required

Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, particularly in saying no or not right now in a thoughtful way
Experience in building systems and workflows
Ability to align creative work with business priorities
Experience in managing end-to-end campaign operations
Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Airtable, Frame.io
Ability to define and track Creative Ops KPIs
Experience in streamlining processes to enhance collaboration and accountability
