Administrative & Collections Assistant

They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Collections Assistant to support their Accounting and Operations teams, focusing on customer billing follow-up, collections outreach, reporting, and general administrative support.

Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices via phone and email
Maintain collections trackers and update payment statuses
Assist with billing inquiries, invoice re-sends, and documentation
Support accounting, customer service, and operations teams with administrative tasks
Prepare reports and maintain organized digital records
Qualification
Required
College degree required
2+ years of administrative experience (billing, accounting support, or office administration preferred)
Strong communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls regarding outstanding balances
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
