They are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help new clients navigate the platform and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from registration to their first deposit.

Responsibilities

Establishing effective communication with clients
Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing
Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit
Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications)
Collaboration with the management and IT/Suport departments

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, focusing on Forex, CFDs, or Crypto
Proficiency in English (clear accent)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset

Preferred

Background in sales would be a great plus
