Eliciting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and non-functional specifications
Creating and maintaining requirements artifacts such as use cases, process flows, wireframes, and documentation
Facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Creating test plans, managing defects, and supporting user acceptance testing
Managing requirements through the full lifecycle, including traceability and change control
Qualification
Required
12+ Years of experience
72 months of experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and non-functional specifications
72 months of experience creating and maintaining requirements artifacts such as use cases, process flows, wireframes, and documentation
72 months of experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder meetings
60 months of experience creating test plans, managing defects, and supporting user acceptance testing
60 months of experience managing requirements through the full lifecycle, including traceability and change control
