Responsibilities
Quality assurance of the Coverage request process
Proactive and effective communication with the Senior Manager, case staff, and offshore vendors
Investigation management
Take initiative in tracking and anticipating market developments
Propose departmental process updates to remain ahead of market needs
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar insurance experience
Exposure to Auto Liability and Premises Law
Diplomacy, pragmatism, and assertiveness
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal, team environment, and people-oriented skills
Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
