Wedgwood Christian Services is dedicated to supporting children and families through residential care and counseling services. They are seeking a Shift Supervisor to implement individual treatment plans for youth ages 15-18, ensuring safety and assisting in skill preparation for independent living while supervising the care team.

Responsibilities

Working in one of our residential homes alongside our experienced care team, you’ll implement individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of youth ages 15-18 in our program

You’ll ensure the safety of each child, and assist in skill preparation for those who are preparing for independent or community living

Shift Supervisors are also responsible for providing support to program management by organizing, directing, and supervising the direct care team on each shift in order to assure consistency and continuity in treatment

Required

Applicant must be at least 20 years of age

High school diploma required

Must have a valid driver's license

At least 6 months of residential treatment experience required

Ability to pivot, bend, twist and stoop while bearing weight of individuals served

Ability to lift 50 lbs. non-stationary weight through the approved technique is required

Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objective of the agency

Preferred

Additional education and/or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred
