Responsibilities
Enter production reports for repackaged finished goods
Report on past due shipments from repackaging partners
Process BOLs for shipments from Resin warehouses and to/from repackaging partners
Coordinate transfers of finished goods from between PWI’s production plants
Record raw material inventory levels weekly
Review transaction logs from repackaging partner and report any discrepancies
Serve as BOL processor for 3PL shipments
Serve as back up for recording orders and creating a production plan for PWI custom label customers
Will perform other related work as required
In the absence of this employee, the direct manager or appointee will cover responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge and comprehension of Supply Chain processes
Knowledge and comprehension of Mathematics
Written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and provide deliverables at the required frequency
HS Diploma or GED
