Business Development Associate
OpEff Technologies is a financial technology firm specializing in portfolio management and accounting systems for investment management firms. They are seeking a mid-level sales and marketing associate to manage relationships with partners, conduct market research, and drive sales efforts.
Responsibilities
Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
Network, prospect and sell products and services
Meet sales quota and build solid prospect pipeline
Brand, build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients and partners
Present product, negotiate sales and work with developers to deliver POC projects on time
Build marketing campaigns through various social media channels and establish brand
Understand OpEff’s product offerings, build competency and demonstrate
Provide account support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
Attend events and conference
Stay abreast of changes in market trends
Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or finance
Hard-working and self-driven with hunger to succeed
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp business knowledge of our software and the math behind
Preferred
Any financial certification a plus
