BALENCIAGA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team. This role involves analyzing business needs, managing cost control across stores and corporate, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Responsibilities

Support Balenciaga Americas business including but not limited to: USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil in cost control, analysis and planning

Support monthly closings and complete analysis on P&L including but not limited to:

+ Month end review of store and corporate P&Ls

+ Prepare and distribute monthly business holder cost reporting to corporate partners (i.e., T&E, maintenance and facilities spend, store and client event spend, etc.)

+ Assist with review of OPEX and monthly reclasses and accruals

+ Ad hoc reporting

Partner with HR to analyze monthly staff cost actuals and trends vs. plan

Partner closely with corporate business leaders to understand expenses in each department, challenge costs, and identify risks and savings opportunities on opex

Plan and submit corporate and store opex for AMER region budgets and forecast cycles

Navigate and master multiple accounting systems and sub-ledgers including but not limited to SAP, HFM and Rubis

Support in compilation of reporting packages for month end and budget
