Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of a robust automation testing pipeline for mobile applications

Architect and evolve automated test frameworks and tools for CI/CD processes

Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites for various testing needs across diverse devices and conditions

Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to embed automation into the development lifecycle

Identify, analyze, and triage complex defects uncovered by automation

Mentor and guide other engineers on best practices in test automation and code quality

Establish and report on key quality metrics derived from automation results

Required

BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 8 years of experience in software development or quality assurance, focusing on mobile test automation

Proven expertise in designing and maintaining complex automated test frameworks for mobile applications at scale

Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages commonly used in mobile development

Extensive experience with leading mobile test automation tools

Deep technical knowledge of mobile platform behaviors, lifecycles, and architecture patterns

Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines

Proficiency with mobile debugging tools and bug tracking systems

Strong foundation in computer science principles, including data structures and algorithms

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
