Responsibilities

Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning models using AWS tools such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Lambda, and Deep Learning AMIs
Assist in the design and deployment of AI/ML-powered applications and intelligent automation workflows
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams
Research emerging AI/ML techniques and support experimentation and documentation of findings
Collaborate with stakeholders and application owners to gather and define business and technical requirements
Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation or improvement, and contribute to gap analyses
Assist with the development of project work plans, estimates, deliverables, and documentation
Create case scenarios and participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process
Document support tickets and ensure timely communication with business and IT stakeholders
Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and leadership to manage system enhancements and troubleshoot issues
Maintain clear documentation of current and future state system processes

Required
