The role involves collaborating with sales agents, assisting clients in their home search, and engaging in ongoing training and development to grow in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients’ home search preferences
Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Simultaneously develop and expand your own real estate business
