Assist Escrow Officers in managing high-volume residential escrow transactions from opening to closing

Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and related documents

Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to meet all requirements

Handle file documentation, data entry, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards

Respond promptly to inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the transaction process
