Responsibilities

Proactively manage all facility requests and escalations
Continuously improve service levels
Achieve operational excellence, defined as a high efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability to navigating within Stord's operations

Qualification

IT support experienceTroubleshootingLogistics experienceZendesk adminGoogle Workspace adminCompTIA certificationsBasic technology knowledgeCollaborationAdaptability

Required

3-6 years of prior professional experience in an IT support and/or troubleshooting position
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent technology certificate
Basic knowledge of technology hardware, software, and troubleshooting
Ability to learn the unique IT systems, software, and applications of Stord
Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of the IT team
Ability to leverage more senior members of the team to solve unique challenges

Preferred

Experience in logistics or supporting supply chain organizations
Experience as a Zendesk admin, Google Workspace admin, Bettercloud
Certifications such as (CompTIA Cloud+, Networking+, Security+)
