Responsibilities
Overseeing and maintaining HR operations
Implementing HR policies
Ensuring compliance with regulations
Contributing to employee retention strategies
Managing employee benefits
Fostering talent acquisition
Providing HR support to team members
Addressing personnel-related concerns within the organization
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and Personnel Management processes
Experience in HR Management, with strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of Employee Benefits policies and administration
Ability to stay updated with employment laws, regulations, and compliance practices
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and an ability to resolve workplace issues
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience in the restaurant, retail, or service industry is a plus
