Responsibilities
Reviewing data entry by CCP Crisis Counselors to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
Submitting reports including weekly data reports and monthly/quarterly/annual progress reports with pictures and program highlights to Texas HHSC
Event scheduling to ensure our Crisis Counselors and CCP staff are present at events across Burnet and Williamson Counties. This includes booking BTCS conference rooms for HHSC-sponsored training
Attending routine calls and meetings with the BTCS CCP Team and Texas HHSC representatives
Tracking progress: Monitoring key performance indicators to measure and report outcomes. This includes tracking expenditures
Initiating performance improvement activities to address off-track metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Exceptional organizational abilities with strong self-motivation to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making
Proficient in creating visually compelling documents and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience with project management or managing grants
