Understand the plan development process from inception through completion

Support multiple projects and deal with clients, contractors, and vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Licensed Project Engineer

12+ years of successful project experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Successful experience supporting multiple projects and in dealing with clients, contractors and vendors

Proficiency in Microstation is a must

Preferred

Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards, procedures and specifications is a plus

CONNECT and Open Roads Designer experience is a plus
