Account Executive, Strategic Customer Sales

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to optimize outcomes of contract renewals and expand revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of Aspire’s Pro Product modules within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
Become an expert on the value proposition of Aspire’s core platform, Pro Products, and ancillary services
Build honest relationships and genuine partnership with existing Strategic Accounts
Work often with critical business partners across Finance, Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, etc. to collaborate on and drive maximum value creation for Aspire’s largest clients
Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations
Develop whitespace analysis and strategic account plans to identify and target growth opportunities within your designated book of Strategic Accounts
Track all activity in Salesforce and forecast business to Sales leadership

Required

7+ years experience building & maintaining executive relationships, identifying and closing upsell & expansion opportunities, and negotiating complex, million dollar+ contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients
Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of top performance and over achievement against quota
A professional, value-driven, and highly-creative approach to strategic sales that optimizes across a multitude of negotiating levers
The ability to balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets
Exceptional executive presence, including the ability to connect with diverse audiences and inspire action
Strong relationship-building and excellent written & verbal communications skills, fostering collaboration and trust with clients, team members, and key internal stakeholders
Proven ability to build rapport, take initiative, and collaborate with individuals from various departments to drive desired results
Passion for the landscaping or trades industry
Ability to travel 15% - 20% of the time, regionally and nationally
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
