Responsibilities
Support all aspects of market readiness; schedule market appointments, maintain and create line sheets/Joor
Assist during meetings and ensure all notes and orders are accurately recorded
Ensure all orders are received and entered in the system in a timely and accurate manner
Compile and distribute weekly selling reports; support sales analysis and business recaps
Track, organize, and maintain samples; coordinate loans and returns for retail partners
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners; respond promptly to order inquiries, product information requests, and shipping updates
Create product knowledge decks, assist with product knowledge trainings to ensure alignment across retail partners
Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment; help resolve shipping or invoicing issues as needed
Partner with operations, finance, production, design, and marketing teams to support seasonal initiatives and wholesale deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
Strong written and verbal communication; confident interfacing with buyers and cross-functional partners
Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and brand storytelling
Desire to develop and grow within the company
Preferred
1–2 years of experience in wholesale, showroom, or sales support preferred
Familiarity with Joor, NuOrder, Apparel Magic, or similar platforms a plus
