Key Account Sales Manager
WYBOT is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Key Account Sales Manager - Pool Distribution to own and accelerate revenue growth across our U.S. pool distribution channel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key distributor partnerships while driving sell-through with pool service companies, builders, and dealers.

Responsibilities
Own revenue targets, growth objectives, and sales performance across assigned distributor accounts
Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans to drive sell-in, assortment expansion, and geographic growth
Build executive-level relationships with distributor leadership, branch managers, and sales teams to influence adoption and prioritization
Identify, pursue, and close new distributor partnerships aligned with channel strategy
Lead onboarding efforts including product education, pricing alignment, launch planning, and field readiness
Drive sell-through by actively supporting distributor customers including pool service companies, builders, and dealers
Partner with distributor sales teams on joint calls, trainings, in-branch events, and dealer meetings
Develop a deep understanding of distributor customer economics, including margins, labor efficiency, workflows, and purchasing behavior
Lead in-market execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and demo programs
Support development and deployment of product content, sales tools, merchandising, and in-branch displays
Represent WYBOT at distributor events, dealer meetings, and industry trade shows
Serve as the primary internal advocate for distributor partners, aligning marketing, logistics, operations, and customer care to deliver seamless execution across inventory, content, fulfillment, and service—strengthening relationships and enabling sustained revenue growth
Lead sales forecasting and pipeline management with a cross-functional approach, proactively identifying risks and opportunities and coordinating internal teams to resolve issues, support partners, and drive consistent growth
Analyze distributor and dealer performance data to identify gaps and unlock growth opportunities
Capture and communicate competitive intelligence, pricing dynamics, and market trends to inform strategy
Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in the pool industry with a proven track record of sales growth through distribution
Direct experience owning revenue targets within pool distributor accounts
Strong understanding of distributor and dealer business models and purchasing behavior
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive results cross-functionally
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing a remote territory
Willingness to travel regularly (30–50%)
Preferred
Experience selling pool equipment, cleaners, automation, or outdoor living products
Experience expanding assortments or launching new products within distributor networks
Field marketing, merchandising, and sales enablement experience tied to revenue outcomes
P&L exposure and experience working with global teams
