Sort chicken butterfly fillets
Trim bones and bruises off of chicken butterfly fillets with knife and place product on conveyor belts
Check rejected fillets at an x-ray reject station
Place butterfly fillets evenly spaced on conveyor
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
Must be able to work effectively with small hand-held tools
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to visually distinguish between product types
Repetitive grasping, cutting reaching, and lifting
Must be able to submit to and pass background
