Responsibilities

Collaborate with QA and Developers to ensure quality, performance, and reliability
Define and manage testing strategies, plans, and frameworks
Review and approve test cases, scripts, and scenarios (functional, API, database, usability)
Ensure compliance with SDLC/PMLC processes, risk/cost analysis, and documentation standards
Mentor team members and provide testing leadership across projects
Deliver testing solutions on time, meeting key milestones and quality standards

Required

UI automation experience – Selenium or equivalent
Test Case Management – XRAY, ALM, or equivalent tools
Strong collaboration skills
Well versed in both manual and automated testing
CI CD pipeline experience
Java experience
Postman experience
SQL

Preferred

Banking / financial services experience strongly preferred
