Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test server, network, and storage hardware in staging and data center environments

Perform racking, cabling, labeling, and physical setup of infrastructure equipment

Demonstrate proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems

Work with routers, switches, and network infrastructure; strong networking fundamentals required

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues; perform equipment replacements as needed

Conduct logical configuration and verification of installed systems

Provide timely, high-quality technical support and field service when on customer sites

Document work clearly and communicate effectively with team members and clients

Follow project scopes, timelines, and established procedures to ensure successful delivery

Maintain strong customer satisfaction through professionalism and quality execution

Assist Technical Sales when needed with technical insights or onsite support
