Director/ExecutiveScutiW AI is launching a new online, remote-based school dedicated to business and theological education. They are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director and Faculty member to help establish, lead, and deliver high-quality online academic programs in Business and Theology/Ministry.

Responsibilities
Provide academic leadership for Business and Theology/Ministry programs
Design, develop, and review online curricula aligned with U.S. academic standards
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses remotely
Lead and mentor faculty and instructional staff
Support institutional and programmatic accreditation and licensure processes in the United States
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and accrediting body requirements
Assist with accreditation documentation, reporting, assessment, and continuous improvement
Support student engagement, mentoring, and academic success in an online environment
Contribute to the strategic growth and mission of the online school
Qualification
Required
Master's or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Business Innovation, Theology, Ministry, or a closely related field
Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education or professional education
Strong understanding of online education and remote teaching practices
Familiarity with U.S. accreditation, licensure, or regulatory compliance (institutional or programmatic)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience working with U.S. regional or national accrediting bodies
Experience supporting state authorization, licensure, or compliance
Prior experience as a Program Director, Dean, Academic Coordinator, or similar leadership role
Experience launching or managing online academic programs
Curriculum development, accreditation reporting, or assessment experience
Background in Theology or Ministry preferred
