Responsibilities

Overseeing and supporting operations at Swiss Re Insurance-Linked Investment Advisor Corporation (SRILIAC)
Working closely with business partners, administrators, custodians, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of all fund operations
Performing reconciliations
Monitoring trades
Supervising cash management
Assisting with new fund launches
Managing databases
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Enhancing business operations by introducing effective solutions
Automating systems
Streamlining workflows
Keeping operational policies and procedures current

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree with solid academic track record
1 - 3 years of capital markets industry experience with a background in Fund Middle Office or Fund Operations preferred
Experience working in asset management, ILS, or investment banking
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluency in Python and SQL recommended
Experience in analysing and interpreting large data sets
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task
