Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote diagnostic products and solutions
Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling and targeted follow-ups
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support in collaboration with clinical and technical teams
Maintain a deep understanding of our diagnostic portfolio, including test indications, workflow, and clinical value
Manage and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities
Support field sales representatives by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating follow‑ups
Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns and nurture leads
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted resource for clients

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
1–3 years of inside sales or customer‑facing experience, ideally in diagnostics, medical devices, biotech, or healthcare
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to understand and explain technical or clinical information
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
