Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support to corporate users, ensuring seamless operation of PC/Desktop workstations, laptops, and peripherals

Manage and maintain asset inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and process adherence

Utilize a ticketing system to track and resolve technical issues, prioritizing based on user needs

Administer cloud-based licenses and manage building access key cards for employees

Support video conferencing equipment and participate in Information Systems Staff Meetings

Required
