The role requires strong electrical contracting experience and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final installation
Prepare detailed project estimates including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation to develop accurate plans
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues as they arise
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Provide leadership and support to on-site teams to ensure quality and timely completion
Prepare project reports and maintain documentation for management and stakeholders
Support design or design-build efforts and work closely with engineering teams when required
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial electrical contracting
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry codes
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality
Strong communication skills for interaction with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Proficiency with project management and estimating software
