Human Resources Coordinator
Array is a leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company, and they are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing and dynamic team. The role involves monitoring the selection process, tracking applicant progress, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities
Monitor the selection process and report applicant turnaround time to the supervisor
Track and document applicant progress, including candidate contact, interview outcomes, and reasons for rejection, to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan requirements via ADP
Maintain detailed records of recruiting sources for each job posting
Track employee movement and opportunity access, including promotions, demotions, training, and other benefits
Prepare New Hire Orientation Manuals and track participation
Support the timely processing of personnel actions such as new hires, benefit enrollment/changes, transfers, merit increases, promotions, and terminations
Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HRIS and supporting systems (e.g., Excel)
Create and maintain employee files in compliance with regulatory guidelines and document retention policies
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Administrative experience is required
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP
Strong organization skills
Reliable transportation is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
