Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from discovery through resolution under senior attorney and partner supervision
Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, partners, and paralegals
Maintain proactive, transparent, and empathetic communication with clients, ensuring they understand every stage of their case
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Preferred
2–5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred
Litigation experience preferred; trial experience a plus but not required
Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
