Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch training program
Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host a minimum of two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
Attend weekly group coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings
Qualification
Required
Real Estate License in New Jersey
Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge
Skilled at building rapport, listening, and solution-finding
Strong in prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
Effective communicator committed to excellent service
Team-oriented
Growth-focused and eager to learn
Open to learning scripts and dialogues
