This role focuses on systems architecture, automation, security, and scalability, while ensuring the firm can grow and adapt its IT systems effectively.

Responsibilities
Design and scale IT systems supporting 60–100 people today, with growth to 150–300
Architect secure, integrated infrastructure for long-term firm growth
Own server, virtualization, cloud, and identity administration
Deploy and manage MDR, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint security tooling
Lead automation at scale (RMM, patching, scripting, device & user management)
Configure and maintain DNS security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Partner with leadership, vendors, and third-party development teams
Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they become issues
Qualification
Required
Senior Systems Admin experience in a professional services environment
Proven ability to design and scale systems, not just maintain them
Strong infrastructure, automation, and security background
Comfortable influencing leadership and advocating for IT priorities
Preferred
Professional services or legal industry experience (eDiscovery, litigation tools, trial tech)
Strong network within IT/security communities
