Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the detail team and assist team members
Ensure vehicles are detailed to company and customer standards (interior and exterior)
Train, coach, and evaluate team members on proper detailing techniques and safety protocols
Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and place orders as needed
Perform quality control checks on all detailed vehicles before customer delivery
Address customer concerns or rework requests professionally and promptly
Communicate effectively with other supervisors and management to support overall operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle detailing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferred
Strong knowledge of detailing equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
