Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork
Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff to completion
Coordinate with design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams
Review shop drawings, materials, and production requirements for accuracy
Maintain quality control and clear client communication throughout the project
Qualification
Required
Experience managing and estimating millwork or custom woodwork projects
Strong ability to read drawings, specs, and shop details
Proven project coordination across shop and field teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication
