Responsibilities
Perform laboratory analyses using established methods and adapt processes as needed
Plan and execute tasks in accordance with production or test schedules
Collaborate with maintenance personnel on equipment repairs and modifications
Conduct specific projects under the guidance of technical specialists (e.g., chemists)
Record data, observations, and conclusions from experiments and tests
Set up, readjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments
Determine chemical and physical characteristics or composition of samples
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry)
0–3 years of laboratory experience (recent graduates accepted)
Ability to perform routine tasks and willingness to learn ion exchange technologies
Strong inductive and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to recognize and report problems
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in conventional and computerized laboratory machines
Preferred
Experience in ion exchange technologies
